    Cancellation / Late / No-Show Policy

     

    * To avoid any last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we charge a $25 deposit which will be applied towards the price of your treatment. Valid credit card information is required to book any appointment with us, strictly for no-show and no-pays fees.

    * We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-book your service.

    * Please arrive at least 5 – 10 minutes before your appointment start time for your skin consultation.

    * $40 late fee will be charged if you are more than 5 minutes late.

    * You will be charged 50% of the total service cost if you do not change or cancel your appointment within the designated time mentioned above.

    * 100% of the service cost will be charged or your voucher will be voided if you don’t cancel your appointment or no-show.
