#2 Stay Hydrated

Water is the key to youthful glows. Your skin cells are needing water plus electrolytes to stay hydrated. This means that the minerals inside and outside the skin’s cells have to be balanced. Without enough hydration, the skin cells are drier and it shows up immediately on your skin in terms of flaky, dry and even more wrinkled skin.
